ACG has spent the last 3 years with a major blue chip client helping them to move from a “non managed indirect spend” situation where 1.4bn Euro of spend was largely untracked / challenged to a new SaaS digital procurement platform with full approval flows - not just for purchase orders, but also for Invoices. A full P2P solution for this client has completely changed their concept of indirect spend control. The client is now growing its use of the platform and category by category on-boarding the 60+ retail entities and also the 10+ manufacturing sites.
